Organize your folders easily. Duplicate, move single items or entire folders accelerate cooperation. Not only files but also links, text, comments and access rights are handled correctly. Files in a folder can be compressed as a zip version to be stored locally.
Soon we will offer an integration with the Windows shell to directly transfer files with the right mouse button in the office shelf.

We just introduced two new features: Duplication of a binder and the possibility to create user groups.
Bring the mouse pointer on a binder in the shelf and click duplicate. A selection box appears and allows to choose what to copy. The duplicated binder will appear on the shelf after a while.
User groups can be managed in “Company Settings” “User Groups”.
The best security protection does not help if your employees use email to transmit sensitive data.
Email to exchange messages is from the early 1980s and has nott changed much since then. Without extra security precautions, email can be compromised because:
